Interventions refers to the care and treatments that you recieve as part of our service(s) and how they may need to be adjusted to meet your needs.

You may need adjustments or adaptations to:

  • Care and treatment plans

  • Physical tests such as blood, urine, hearing, eye tests or having blood pressure, temperature, height or weight taken

  • Visual resources like pictures/photos, videos or the use of 3D models to help with assessments

  • Therapy adaptations like Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)

  • Medications in another form such as tablet, liquid or injection

For some, you may need psycho-educational work or de-sensitisation work before you can access a specific treatment.
