Our later life inpatient services look after older adults with functional illness, for example depression and psychosis, and organic illness, such as dementia. Adults with dementia will be cared for on organic wards or on the most appropriate ward to meet their needs.
All our wards are listed within the options below for functional and organic illnesses in later life, with details of the maximum number of beds on each ward. The number of available beds can change depending on certain circumstances, for example COVID-19 restrictions.
