The way that we hold our virtual appointments is changing a little bit.
The software that we use for virtual appointments is being switched from attend anywhere to a new system on 26 April. This will allow us to develop the service we offer and provide an improved service to you in future.
Nothing else will change about your virtual appointments, your clinician or support workers will remain the same, as will the things you cover in your appointments, you will just have a different link and system to use.
We are developing 'how to' guides to support you to use the new system and will share these and more information about the new system with you soon. If you have any concerns please speak to your care coordinator.
