At AWP, we're celebrating the vital contributions of apprentices who are instrumental in delivering exceptional mental health care.
Our unwavering commitment to mental health is reflected in our apprenticeship programmes, which equip our staff with the expertise needed to provide compassionate and effective mental health support. From clinical roles such as nursing and occupational therapy to non-clinical roles like business support and human resources, our apprentices are at the heart of our mission to improve mental health outcomes.
Every year, AWP holds an internal apprenticeship awards ceremony to recognise the outstanding achievements and contributions of our apprentices. This special event allows us to celebrate their hard work and dedication, and to highlight the positive impact they have on our organisation and the community.
Georgios Kampouris, a Level 6 Mental Health Nursing Degree Apprentice and award nominee, expressed:
"This nomination is a personal accomplishment and a reflection of the help and direction I have received from mentors, co-workers, and peers. It motivates me to persist in pursuing excellence and positively influence mental health treatment."
We invite you to join us in celebrating the dedication and hard work of our apprentices. Their commitment to learning and development is a testament to the future of mental health care. Together, we are building a skilled and compassionate workforce that is well-equipped to meet the mental health needs of our community.
