Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust (AWP) has run a month long campaign highlighting those things which contribute to a positive culture and staff experience.
Throughout April a variety of sessions were held for AWP’s 5,000 staff which focused on all the things that contribute to a positive experience at work, from an effective approach to appraisals and supervision, an organisation which celebrates achievement, to an environment which thrives on learning and improvement.
Called We Are AWP, the campaign also included a short video which staff helped create which describes what a positive experience looks like for them.
Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust (AWP) provides healthcare for people with serious mental illness, learning disabilities and autism in inpatient and community-based settings.
