Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust (AWP) is reminding people of the support available in Bath, Swindon and Wiltshire for anyone experiencing more common mental health issues, such as low mood or anxiety.
Talking Therapies is available to anyone aged 16+ living in BaNES, Swindon and Wiltshire (BSW). AWP, which runs the service, has released a short video encouraging people to ask for help if need it. It describes how mental health doesn’t discriminate, and even those who appear to have it all can be affected.
If you or someone you know needs support for stress, anxiety, low mood or depression there is a range of confidential Talking Therapy support available. This includes online therapy and guides, groups and 1:1 therapy.
Anyone aged 16 and above living in the BaNES, Swindon and Wiltshire area can access BSW Talking Therapies.
